Data Scientist - TL

The Data Scientist will analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, develop predictive models and generate actionable insights to drive data-based decision-making. The role demands strong analytical thinking, statistical knowledge and technical expertise in programming and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and deploy machine-learning models.
2. Perform deep data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
3. Work with large-scale datasets and implement feature engineering.
4. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into applications.
5. Optimize model performance using tuning, validation and statistical testing.
6. Present insights through dashboards, reports and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

1. Expertise in Python/R with strong knowledge of ML libraries.
2. Proficiency in SQL, ETL pipelines and working with big data tools (Spark/Hadoop).
3. Experience with model deployment (Docker, Flask, MLflow).
4. Strong problem-solving, business understanding and stakeholder communication.
5. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
