The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-aligned designs for digital and print media. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content that supports marketing and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop creative assets for social media, websites, brochures, posters, banners, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and corporate materials.
  2. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to conceptualize visuals that strengthen storytelling and campaign impact.
  3. Maintain consistent branding across all designs, ensuring alignment with typography standards, color palettes, logo usage, and design guidelines.
  4. Edit, enhance, and retouch images, illustrations, icons, and videos for both digital and print purposes.
  5. Develop layout designs for newsletters, magazines, annual reports, certificates, invitations, and event-related materials.
  6. Produce design drafts, mood boards, mock-ups, and templates for internal reviews and approvals.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines without compromising quality.
  8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative techniques, emerging tools, UI/UX basics, and industry best practices.
  9. Prepare and export final artwork in print-ready formats and ensure technical accuracy for publishing, printing, and digital deployment.
  10. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate reproduction of colors, fonts, and final outputs.
  11. Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity, improve visual communication, and enhance aesthetic standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW, and familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro (advantageous).
  2. Strong creative thinking, visualization, and conceptual design abilities.
  3. Excellent understanding of layout principles, color theory, typography, composition, and design hierarchy.
  4. Ability to create designs tailored for multiple platforms including social media, web, print, and outdoor branding.
  5. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output with consistency and accuracy.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of print production processes, color models (CMYK/RGB), bleed, margins, and file formats.
  8. Strong communication skills for presenting ideas, discussing concepts, and receiving feedback effectively.
  9. Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing are a plus.
  10. Problem-solving skills to identify design challenges and develop creative solutions.
  11. Aesthetic judgment to maintain brand excellence and visual standards across all materials.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related design field (preferred).
  2. 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
  3. A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and variety across digital and print design work.
  4. Experience working on marketing campaigns, social media creatives, promotional materials, and institutional branding.
  5. Familiarity with branding systems and design workflows in an organizational setup.
