The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-aligned designs for digital and print media. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content that supports marketing and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop creative assets for social media, websites, brochures, posters, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
  2. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and PR teams to conceptualize campaign visuals and enhance storytelling.
  3. Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines including typography, color palette, and design standards.
  4. Edit, retouch, and enhance images, icons, illustrations, and videos for both online and offline use.
  5. Develop layouts for newsletters, magazines, reports, certificates, signage, and institutional documents.
  6. Manage multiple design projects at once, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  7. Create design drafts, mood boards, thumbnails, and mockups for internal approval.
  8. Research and stay updated with design trends, creative styles, industry tools, and emerging technologies.
  9. Prepare final artwork and export files in print-ready and web-optimized formats.
  10. Work with printers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure accurate reproduction of colors and layouts.
  11. Contribute ideas to improve visual communication and enhance overall brand presence.

Required Skills & Competencies

  1. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW, and basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred).
  2. Strong creativity and visualization skills to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
  3. Attention to detail with excellent understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
  4. Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms—social media, web, print, outdoor branding, and corporate materials.
  5. Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  6. Knowledge of print production processes, file formats, color models (CMYK/RGB), and resolution standards.
  7. Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are an added advantage.
  8. Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Problem-solving ability to convert feedback into usable design improvements.
  10. Strong aesthetic sense to maintain brand identity and visual quality.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various mediums (digital and print).
  4. Knowledge of branding principles, design systems, and modern design trends.
  5. Experience working with social media assets, advertising creatives, and marketing collateral.
