Position: Network Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network Infrastructure Analyst to support, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of network systems, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and supporting cloud and on-premises networking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Configure and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and routing protocols.
• Implement and maintain network security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and IT initiatives.
• Perform network performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Support cloud networking environments across AWS, Azure, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational standards.
• Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network environments.
• Knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or PRTG.
• Familiarity with cloud networking technologies in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
• Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.
