Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer calls professionally with clear communication and courtesy.
  2. Resolve basic queries, log issues and provide timely assistance.
  3. Follow scripts, call flow and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  4. Update call records in CRM tools and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  5. Escalate complex issues to senior executives when required.
  6. Maintain call quality, service levels and compliance standards.

Required Skills

  1. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  2. Good listening ability, patience and customer handling skills.
  3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
  4. Ability to work in shifts and handle high call volumes.
  5. Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
