The Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer Manager leads the visual storytelling and post-production process across all digital platforms. This role combines creative direction, technical expertise, and team management to deliver high-quality video content, motion graphics, and visual campaigns that align with the brand’s vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the video production and motion graphics team, ensuring timely delivery of creative projects.
  2. Conceptualize, script, edit and produce engaging video content for marketing, branding, events and social media campaigns.
  3. Design and execute high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, 2D/3D animations and dynamic visual elements.
  4. Collaborate closely with creative, content, digital and marketing teams to translate concepts into strong visual narratives.
  5. Oversee the complete post-production pipeline, including editing, sound mixing, color grading, compositing and final render output.
  6. Uphold and refine brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual and motion assets.
  7. Stay current with the latest trends, tools, software advancements, and industry best practices in video editing, animation and new-age digital content.
  8. Plan and manage production calendars, allocate tasks and ensure workflow efficiency and creative excellence.
  9. Provide mentorship, feedback and skill development guidance to design and editing team members.
  10. Manage equipment inventory, software licenses, graphic libraries and production assets.
  11. Ensure all deliverables meet technical standards for various platforms (web, broadcast, social media, etc.).

Required Skills & Competencies

  1. Creative Direction: Strong sense of visual storytelling, framing, pacing and narrative flow.
  2. Advanced Video Editing: Expertise in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  3. Motion Graphics & Animation: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender or similar tools.
  4. Design Proficiency: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout and modern design trends.
  5. Sound & Color: Skills in sound editing, audio mixing and advanced color correction/grading techniques.
  6. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of cameras, lighting, formats, codecs, compression settings and file management.
  7. Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, manage timelines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  8. Team Leadership: Strong communication, delegation and mentoring abilities to guide a creative team.
  9. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide creative solutions under deadlines.
  10. Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality output with accuracy across all stages of production.
  11. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work, animations and design projects.
  4. Experience working on brand campaigns, digital marketing content and cross-platform media.
  5. Knowledge of photography, lighting setups, live shoot coordination and basic directing.

160,000 - 200,000 INR
